Day 1: Kayseri / Sharm El Sheikh
Gather at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Kayseri Airport International Departures Terminal at 11:30 AM. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on a special FREEBIRD flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 2:30 PM. Upon arrival at 4:30 PM local time, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Enjoy free time to partake in activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on the regional demand or the period. The prices stated by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Miago Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.
- Miago Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations below to the guests. Miago Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and Miago Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting issue belongs to the guests.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Miago Travel bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Miago Travel acts only as an intermediary. Miago Travel has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Miago Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Miago Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Miago Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Miago Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from Miago Travel or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of Miago Travel, the parties acknowledge that Miago Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Miago Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. Miago Travel cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be operated.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's flight, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Miago Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary.
- Miago Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- Miago Travel is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Miago Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

Orange Bay & Giftun Tour
Giftun Reserve, one of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. On our full-day boat trip, you can observe the underwater world by snorkeling and enjoy all the island's beauty to the fullest. Limited non-alcoholic drinks and lunch will be served on our boat. Guests who wish may go scuba diving for an additional fee, provided they inform our guide in advance. Sun loungers and parasol fees, as well as the National Park entrance fee, are included in the price.
Luxor Tour by Bus
The Luxor region, where you can see many of the most important works of Egypt's mysterious history together, is only 3.5 hours from Hurghada. On this trip, we will depart from our hotel in the early morning and return in the evening, visiting in detail, accompanied by our expert guide, some of the world's rarest historical and natural treasures, such as Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Nile Delta. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during our tour. After the tour, we will go to the airport. Lunch and museum entrance fees are included in this tour.
