Day 1: Istanbul - Abu Dhabi
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 22:25.
Day 2: Abu Dhabi to Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Abu Dhabi at 01:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK866. Our arrival is scheduled for 06:55 local time.
Following passport procedures, we begin our Abu Dhabi city tour with the vehicle waiting for us in the area. Before the panoramic city tour, we take an optional coffee break for breakfast. After breakfast, our first stop is Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates; you will witness how this capital, once a small fishing village, has transformed into a modern city today. In this ultra-modern Arab city known for its wide boulevards and skyscrapers, we will visit the Al Bateen district and the Corniche Road. After a photo stop at Emirates Palace, we will explore Miras Village, an authentic recreation of the city's past, where you can experience the traditional lifestyle of Arabs, including their mud-brick houses. Next, we will visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, capable of accommodating up to 41,000 worshippers simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers unforgettable photo opportunities. After the mosque visit, we proceed to Dubai. Upon arrival, we first travel along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most grand avenue, offering panoramic views of the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk. Then, we continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will have another photo stop to see the world-famous Burj Al Arab, the only 7-star hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues to Dubai Marina via our vehicle. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which features about 7 km of walkways surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head back to the hotels. Following check-in procedures, we have free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 3: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized 'Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour' and the 'Dubai Desert Safari with Dinner Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are arranged, transformed entirely into colorful flower exhibitions. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dance performances. Riding camels is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After the meals and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized 'Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour' and the 'Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Dinner, Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

We begin our tour by moving to the Dhow boat in Marina where we will have our dinner. As our boat sails within the marina, we enjoy our buffet-style dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping centers, situated under the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa; it combines its historic charm with the splendor of luxury. We enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests who wish can use their free time after the tour to shop at Dubai Mall or spend enjoyable moments at cafes and restaurants.
Day 5: Dubai to Abu Dhabi
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. Guests who wish can additionally join the 'Sky View, The View At The Palm' tour arranged separately. The journey to the airport begins at the time determined by our guide.

Starting our tour on Palm Jumeirah, the world's largest man-made island, we begin with The View at The Palm, an observation tower that has become a symbol of Dubai. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Points to be noted during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings, or shorts; and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit.
- Points to be noted on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on destination density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Miago Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Miago Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the corresponding day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.
GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. Miago Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline company may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Miago Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and Miago Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Miago Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Miago Travel has no obligation or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Miago Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Miago Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Miago Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Miago Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.
- During the reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from Miago Travel, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border crossing. Since this matter is outside Miago Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Miago Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route to provide the group with economic and time benefits accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Miago Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Miago Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline company's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability permits the requested ticket to be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
- Miago Travel may, when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program.
- Miago Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- Miago Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Miago Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
