Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults, within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visiting, entering, or accessing them on the scheduled day and time (including other tours specified in the program), or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Miago Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Miago Travel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Miago Travel partner we use, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Miago Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Miago Travel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing these procedures on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Miago Travel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
