PROGRAM FLOW
We recommend arriving at the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport international terminal at 06:00. After ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Sharm el Sheikh on SunExpress Airlines' direct flight XQ814 at 09:05. Upon arrival at 10:30 local time, you will be met by our guide and transferred to the hotel. If rooms are ready, check-in and free time follow. Depending on your choice, enjoy all-inclusive accommodation (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and spend the night at our hotel.

PROGRAM FLOW
After breakfast, transfer to Sharm el Sheikh Airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Izmir on SunExpress Airlines' direct flight XQ815 at 11:25. Arrival at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 14:50 local time marks the end of our tour.
NOTES
1- On some dates, your tour may take place with different flights operated by SunExpress Airlines. In this case, our company will contact you to confirm, after which ticketing will be completed.
2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of SunExpress Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic tickets purchased and arranged by yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited only to domestic tickets issued by us.
3- Additional tour prices are valid on the date of publication. Prior to your tour, cost differences arising from supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, and entrance fee hikes may be reflected in the sales price. In such cases, the prices in the final program sent to you no later than 48 hours before departure will be valid.
4- Depending on the number of people in the vehicle:
• Groups with 16 or more people will use a bus,
• Groups with 9 to 15 people will use a minibus
• Groups with 8 or fewer people will use a small van.
5- The tour, including bus and flight routes, may be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.
6- At Rixos Adults Only +18 hotel, children, single male, and twin male accommodations are not accepted.

INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1- To ensure tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted by staff who speak English (with the guest's consent)
B-Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest's consent)
C-If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour will be cancelled and the full amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
2-Upon purchase of the tour by the guest, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are processed. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-In case of a verified health issue supported by a doctor's report for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the full amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
B-For cancellations made within 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
C-No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who does not appear at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another location using their own means. If they choose not to do so or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be issued.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered as reasons for tour cancellation, and no refund will be issued if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized staff will provide necessary information regarding the departure time during free time periods and rest stops given during the tour. In case of a guest's delay, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or to proceed if the tour flow is not affected. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point using their own means or return to the hotel on their own. In such situations, no refund will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; they all meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In case of incomplete and/or defective services during our tours and activities; since our company continuously monitors your stay in Egypt, any such problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or, depending on the problem, partial or full refunds
are issued.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we request that you consult with our authorized staff to learn about the tour conditions and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc., carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse outcomes. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative incidents that may occur. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, definitely obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still not sure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, adhere precisely to the safety measures provided to you, and wear the safety equipment assigned according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with the guest. Our company is not liable for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require personal items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies, other allergies, special dietary needs due to health reasons, etc. You should be aware that in such special cases, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We particularly recommend that throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, you absolutely avoid drinking tap water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not certain have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment. However, related expenses will be borne by you.
10-Like every prudent individual, we particularly recommend that you travel with Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international trips.

Located on Egypt's southern coast, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent places in the Red Sea. The mangrove trees, salt lakes, natural desert landscapes, and impressive underwater life in this wonderful park are visited by thousands of tourists every year. On our full-day boat tour, you will have the opportunity to explore all its natural beauties, filled with a unique underwater ecosystem and rich biodiversity, accompanied by lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. After breakfast, we depart from our hotel (approximately 85 km) towards Dahab. Upon arrival, we check into our facility in the lagoon area. First, we tour Dahab center, one of the cutest coastal towns of the Red Sea. Then, we have our lunch at a very enjoyable restaurant located by the sea. Afterwards, we move to the 3 Pond Area and give you free time for swimming and snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price) You will also have the opportunity to experience a short camel ride on the beach. (Included in the price). Afterwards, we enjoy a fun safari in the middle of the desert with our ATVs, heading towards an oasis surrounded by lush green palm trees. At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel.

We leave our hotel at the time determined by our guide and head towards the Sinai Desert. After a short briefing and safety training upon arrival, we experience an unforgettable safari in the enchanting atmosphere of the desert with our vehicles. As we move between golden sand dunes, we explore unique desert landscapes and take a photo break in the magnificent view created by the sunset. After our safari tour, we reach the traditional Bedouin camp. Here, while learning about Bedouin culture, we take a short rest break with tea service. In the evening hours, we have our dinner served with live music and local shows. After a pleasant Bedouin night spent in the unique atmosphere of the desert, we depart for our return to the hotel at the time specified by the guide.
