PROGRAM FLOW
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel to explore the most magnificent heritage of Ancient Egypt. Our first stop is the Giza Pyramids area, home to the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, which have maintained their mystery and grandeur for thousands of years. After taking photo breaks at points where we can view the pyramids panoramically, we visit the Great Sphinx, the eternal guardian of the pharaohs' tombs, and the Valley Temple.
After our pyramid tour, we stop by a papyrus workshop and a perfume shop to get to know Egypt's traditional handicrafts and unique scents up close. We see how the papyrus plant was transformed into writing material used thousands of years ago, and we learn about Egypt's famous essences and perfume culture.

PROGRAM FLOW
After breakfast, we leave Cairo and head towards the Faiyum Oasis, located approximately 125 km away. Surrounded by fertile lands brought to life by the Nile River, Faiyum is one of Egypt's most special regions with its ancient history, natural beauty, and desert landscapes. Upon our arrival:
We visit the Qasr Harun (Qasr Qarun) Temple. This impressive structure, dating back to the Ptolemaic period, is one of the region's important heritage sites due to its location in the middle of the desert and its historical atmosphere. The entrance fee to Qasr Harun Temple is included.
Continuing our tour, we go to our hotel in Tunis Village located on the shores of Faiyum Lake. When Evelyne Porret saw Tunis Village on the shores of Lake Karun in Faiyum at the end of the 1960s, it was a small and poor settlement with no electricity or water, earning its living through agriculture and fishing. Impressed by the village's nature, she settled there; built her house and first established her own pottery workshop, and in 1988 founded a pottery school providing free education to the village children.
She took the works of the children she taught to exhibitions and festivals held in Egypt and countries like France, Switzerland, and Sweden. Many of these children eventually became independent artists opening their own workshops. Thus, a journey that started with a single workshop reached approximately 30 pottery and ceramics workshops operating throughout the village today. It is also stated that there are approximately 13 hotels, boutique accommodation facilities, and ecological lodges in the village along with workshops for different handicrafts. Although there is no reliable official number showing the current total of restaurants and cafes, many local restaurants, cafes, art galleries, boutique accommodation facilities, and tourism businesses operate in the village.
In short, Tunis Village has transformed from a small settlement relying on agriculture and fishing with even lacking infrastructure; into an international cultural and tourism center known for its pottery art, unique architecture, boutique hotels, restaurants, art festivals, and desert experiences. This transformation is a very impressive example of how an artist can change not only teach a craft but the entire economy and future of a village. Guests who wish may join our extra tour.
In the evening, together with guests joining our extra tour, we receive information about pottery making, one of the region's important handicrafts, and sit at the wheels to experience pottery making, almost living a meditation.

PROGRAM FLOW
We depart from our hotel early in the morning according to the convoy departure time determined by the relevant authorities; if the departure takes place before the hotel's breakfast time, we start our approximately 320 km journey with our breakfast boxes taken from our hotel. Upon reaching Luxor, accepted as one of the world's largest open-air museums, we begin our tour exploring the magnificent temples of Ancient Egypt, pharaohs' tombs, and the unique historical heritage spread across both banks of the Nile, starting from Luxor's East Bank.
Our first visit point is the Karnak Temple complex, one of the most impressive structures of Ancient Egypt with its giant columns, monumental gates, obelisks, and sacred areas, expanded over centuries by different pharaohs. We tour the temple complex, whose entrance fee is included, accompanied by our guides' narration, and then have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we cross the Nile River by boat from one bank to the other to reach Luxor's West Bank. First, we visit the Valley of the Kings, famous for its tomb chambers carved into rocks by pharaohs, decorated with wall paintings and hieroglyphs. The main entrance ticket and electric shuttle vehicles within the valley are included in the tour price. With the main entrance ticket, three standard tombs open on the visit date can be seen. The tombs of Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses V and VI are visited with special tickets and are therefore not included in the tour price.
Next, we move to the Hatshepsut Temple, built in terraces in front of the rocks in honor of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the strongest and most unusual female rulers of Ancient Egypt. We explore the temple, which stands out with its impressive architecture blending with the steep slopes of the desert, its columned terraces, and reliefs telling the queen's reign, accompanied by our guides' narration. The temple entrance fee and the electric shuttle vehicle used in the visit area are included in the tour price.
In the final part of our tour, we take a photo break at the monumental Colossi of Memnon, which have stood on Luxor's West Bank for approximately 3,400 years and depict Pharaoh Amenhotep III. After this full tour where we explore some of Ancient Egypt's most important artifacts in one day, we are given free time until the airport transfer time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
The extra tours and activities we offer to make your travel experience more comprehensive and unforgettable are specially planned in coordination with our local service providers.
1. Conditions for Conducting Extra Tours
A minimum number of participants is required for extra tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide.
In cases where sufficient participation is not achieved:
_The tour may be conducted with professional personnel fluent in English, upon obtaining the guest's consent.
_As an alternative, a price difference may be applied to offer a private service option in Turkish or English.
_If the offered alternatives are not accepted, the relevant extra tour will be cancelled and the paid fee refunded.
_In purchases made with promotional packages, the package advantage is taken into account in refund calculations. If the package discount is higher than the service fee to be refunded, no additional refund is made; if it is lower, the refund is processed based on the remaining amount.
2. Extra Tour Reservation, Cancellation, and Modification Conditions
Upon purchase of an extra tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and relevant payments are processed.
Therefore, the following conditions apply in case a guest cancels a purchased extra tour:
Cancellation Due to Health Reasons
In the event of a health problem documented by a doctor's report for the guest or a person staying in the same room, the fee paid for the relevant extra tour is refunded without deduction.
In purchases made with promotional packages, calculations are made taking the package advantage into account.
Cancellations Made Up to 25 Hours Before Tour Start
If the cancellation request is made more than 25 hours before the tour start, 50% of the paid fee is refunded.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Tour Start
No refund is made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start.
Failure to Attend at Meeting Point
Guests who do not arrive at the specified time and meeting point may, if possible, join the tour vehicle using their own means. If this option is not chosen or if it is not possible due to the flow of the tour, no refund is made.
Transfer and Waiting Times
Since some extra tours pick up guests from different hotels, short waiting periods may occur during transfers.
This situation is not considered a reason for tour cancellation. Guests are kindly requested to stay in contact with our guides or authorized personnel.
Free Time and Break Points
Departure times during free time and break points given during the tour are announced by our guide.
For guests who do not arrive at the specified time, the decision to wait or continue in order to maintain the tour flow is at the discretion of the guide. In such cases, no refund is made.

As Miago Travel, based on our long-standing operational experience in Egypt, the vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, and service providers we use are carefully selected.
All our services are organized in accordance with international tourism standards and the requirements of authorized institutions in Egypt.
In case of any missing or problematic services during your trip, our operations team closely monitors the process and takes necessary actions to provide the fastest possible solution.
Partial or full refund processes may be applied depending on the nature of the service.
In promotional packages, refund calculations are performed based on the net promotional amount paid by the guest.
However; Miago Travel cannot be held responsible for changes that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, local practices, technical reasons, delays caused by guests, etc.
4. Tours Requiring Physical Activity
Some extra tours may require physical activity. Especially: Jeep Safari, ATV/Moto Safari, Boat tours, Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Camel rides, Water sports may require a certain level of physical effort.
If you have a special condition regarding your health, we kindly ask you to obtain information from our guide or authorized personnel before participation.
5. Activity Safety
Water sports, boat trips, ATV, Jeep Safari, scuba diving, and similar activities naturally carry certain risks. Guests participating in these activities are kindly requested to: comply with warnings from our guides and authorized personnel,, follow the specified safety rules, and use necessary safety equipment.
We strongly recommend that you obtain information before purchasing any activities you are unsure about.
6. Visits to Religious and Cultural Sites
Appropriate clothing according to local rules must be worn when visiting mosques, religious buildings, and cultural sites in Egypt. In cases where entry is denied due to inappropriate clothing, the responsibility lies with the guest.
7. Personal Equipment and Preparation
Some tours and activities may require special preparation. It is recommended that guests be prepared with comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hats, swimsuits, slippers, appropriate clothing, and personal equipment.
8. Special Dietary and Health Information
If you have food allergies, special dietary needs, or specific health conditions, you must inform our guide.
As Miago Travel, we will do our best to support your needs; however, we would like to state that all special requests may not be met under all circumstances.
9. Health and Safe Consumption Recommendations
For your safety throughout your trip to Egypt: we recommend you prefer bottled beverages, avoid consuming fruits and vegetables that you are not sure have been well washed and peeled, and be careful with unpackaged foods sold openly.
In case you experience any health problems, our operations team will provide necessary guidance. Health expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest.
10. Travel and Health Insurance
Just as with all domestic and international trips, we strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive health and travel insurance before your trip to Egypt.

Burada, Kahire’nin en eski ve en ünlü kahvehanelerinden biri olan Fishawy Kahvesi’nde kısa bir mola veriyoruz. 1797 yılından bu yana hizmet veren Fişavi Kahvesi; yüzyıllar boyunca Mısır’ın sanat, edebiyat ve kültür hayatının önemli buluşma noktalarından biri olmuştur. Nobel Edebiyat Ödüllü Mısırlı yazar Necip Mahfuz başta olmak üzere birçok edebiyatçı, sanatçı ve düşünür bu tarihi mekânın misafirleri arasında yer almıştır. Çölün ortasında yer alan açık hava müzesini gezerek bölgenin şaşırtıcı doğal geçmişine tanıklık ediyoruz. Ardından Wadi El Rayan’a geçiyor, çölün içinde sıra dışı bir manzara oluşturan şelaleleri görüyor ve çay-kahve ikramı eşliğinde kısa bir dinlenme molası veriyoruz. Safari boyunca deneyimli şoförlerimizin kum tepelerindeki heyecan verici sürüşleriyle çölün farklı yüzünü keşfediyor ve Magic Lake (Büyülü Göl) manzarasına hâkim panorama noktasında duruyoruz.
