In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
