PROGRAM FLOW
Transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide after breakfast. After necessary procedures, departure to Istanbul at 13:20 via Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC631. Arrival at 17:05. We hope to see you again in another of our trips.
NOTES
1- On some dates, your tour may take place with different flights of Pegasus Airlines. In this case, our company will call you to confirm, and then ticketing will be done.
2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flights may be used. We are not responsible for domestic tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the day of publication. Before your tour, cost differences that may occur due to supplier price increases, exchange rates, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a situation; new prices on the final program sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date will be valid.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicles:
• In groups with 16 or more people, a bus is used,
• In groups between 9 and 15 people, a minibus is used
• In groups with 8 or fewer people, a minivan is used.
5- The tour, bus, and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.
6- Reservations for male guests staying alone or two male guests sharing the same room are not accepted in Rixos hotel groups. Single female, double female, or female-male couple reservations are accepted.

EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1- To ensure tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted by staff who speak English (with the guest's consent)
B-Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish with an additional price difference (with the guest's consent)
C-If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour will be cancelled and the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that tour without deduction.
2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are processed with local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel their purchased tour;
A-In case of a health issue verified by a doctor's report for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount.
C-No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another location using their own means. If they choose not to do so or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be issued.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered as a reason for tour cancellation, and no refund will be issued if cancellation is requested.
F-During the tour, our authorized staff will provide necessary information regarding the departure time during free time periods and rest stops. In case the guest is late, if the tour flow is not affected, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or to continue. In other cases, the guest may join the tour at the next point using their own means or return to the hotel using their own means. In such situations, no refund will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In case of incomplete and/or defective services in our tours and activities; since our company continuously monitors your stay in Egypt, any such issues are resolved through immediate intervention and/or, depending on the problem, a partial or full refund
is issued.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as those related to local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, technical malfunctions causing delays, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we request that you consult our authorized staff to learn about the tour conditions and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc., carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, definitely obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, adhere precisely to the precautions provided to you, and wear the safety equipment given according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with our guest. Our company is not liable for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs due to health reasons, etc. You should be aware that in such special cases, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We strongly advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages, not to eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outside during your entire stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment. However, the relevant expenses will be borne by you.
10-Like every prudent individual, we particularly recommend that you travel with Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international trips.

Located on Egypt's southern coast, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent places in the Red Sea. The mangrove trees, salt lakes, natural desert landscapes, and impressive underwater life in this wonderful park are visited by thousands of tourists every year. On our full-day boat tour, you will have the opportunity to explore all its natural beauties, filled with a unique underwater ecosystem and rich biodiversity, accompanied by lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. After breakfast, we depart from our hotel (approximately 85 km) towards Dahab. Upon arrival, we check into our facility in the lagoon area. First, we tour Dahab center, one of the cutest coastal towns of the Red Sea. Then, we have our lunch at a very enjoyable restaurant located by the sea. Afterwards, we move to the 3 Pond area and give you free time for swimming and snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price) You can also experience a short camel ride on the beach. (included in the price). Afterwards, we go on a pleasant safari through the middle of the desert towards an oasis surrounded by lush green palm trees with our ATVs. At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel.

Upon arrival, after a short briefing and safety training, we enjoy an unforgettable safari experience in the enchanting atmosphere of the desert with our vehicles. As we move between golden sand dunes, we explore unique desert landscapes and take a photo break in the magnificent view created by the sunset. After our safari tour, we reach the traditional Bedouin camp. Here, while learning about Bedouin culture, we take a short rest break with tea service. In the evening hours, we have our dinner served with live music and local shows. After a pleasant Bedouin night spent in the unique atmosphere of the desert, we depart for our return to the hotel at the time determined by our guide.
