Please remember that most Turkish and Egyptian individuals contacting you via social media or approaching you in Egypt operate without tour licenses and disregard your life and property safety to offer lower prices. Unmaintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single exhausted and sleep-deprived driver, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that has not been produced in hygienic environments or is even spoiled can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company, with its own offices in Egypt, its dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of sector experience, ensures all extra tours as well as the entire trip by prioritizing your life and property safety. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend buying them from a corporate firm that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you prefer, you can buy them collectively to be more 'budget-friendly'.

GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1-To ensure tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted by staff who speak English (with the guest's consent)
B-Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest's consent)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the full amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are processed. Therefore, in the event that the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-In case of a health issue verified by a doctor's report for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the full amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-Guests who do not appear at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another location using their own means. If they choose not to do so or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be issued.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and no refund will be issued if cancellation is requested.
F-During the tour, our authorized staff will provide necessary information regarding departure times during free time and rest stops. In case of a guest's lateness, if the tour flow is not affected, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait a reasonable time or continue. In other cases, the guest may proceed to the next point using their own means to continue the tour or return to the hotel using their own means. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; they all meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the competent authorities in Egypt. In case of incomplete and/or defective services in our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, any such problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refunds are made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the net amount paid after deducting the discount from the price will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we request that you consult with our authorized staff to learn the tour conditions and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, and camel rides carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse outcomes. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative incidents that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, adhere precisely to the precautions provided to you, and wear the safety equipment given according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with our guests. Our company is not liable for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs due to health reasons, etc. You should be aware that in such special cases, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We particularly advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages, eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, or consume unpackaged food sold openly outside during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment. However, the relevant expenses will be borne by you.

(Approximately 330 km) (Info: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which is no more than 5 years old, and by employing two drivers for long distances. Upon arrival, during our tour, you will see panoramic views of Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Mummification Museum, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, Corniche, and the Nile River, while our guide will share information about the mysterious history of the Pharaonic era spanning thousands of years.
