IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend purchasing extra tours from us to make this trip even more unique and to ensure it is done safely. Please remember that most Turkish and Egyptian individuals reaching you via social media or approaching you in Egypt operate without tour licenses and disregard your life and property safety to offer lower prices. Unmaintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single exhausted and sleep-deprived driver, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that has not been produced in hygienic environments or is even spoiled can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company, with its own offices in Egypt, its dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of sector experience, carries out all extra tours as well as the entire trip by prioritizing your life and property safety. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend buying them from at least an institutional firm that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you prefer, you can buy them collectively for a more "budget-friendly" option.
Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
-When purchasing our tour package, you can pay by credit card through your travel agency. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at individual list prices or at collective purchase campaign prices, as you wish.)
-You can purchase by paying cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at individual list prices or at collective purchase campaign prices, as you wish.)
-You can purchase using a credit card via mail order upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at individual list prices or at collective purchase campaign prices, as you wish.)
GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1-To ensure tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted by staff who speak English (with the guest's consent)
B-Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest's consent)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are processed. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a tour they have purchased;
A-In case of a health issue verified by a doctor's report for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who does not appear at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another location using their own means. If they choose not to do so or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-During the tour, our authorized personnel provide necessary information regarding the departure time during free time periods and rest stops. In case the guest is late, if the tour flow is not affected, it is within the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period or to continue. In other cases, the guest may proceed to the next point using their own means to continue the tour or return to the hotel using their own means. In such cases, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the competent authorities in Egypt. In case of incomplete and/or defective services in our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, any such problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refunds are made depending on the problem. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere precisely to the precautions indicated to you, and wear the safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with our guest. Our company is not liable for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs due to health reasons, etc. You should know that in such special cases, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We particularly advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages, not to eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outside during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment. However, the relevant expenses will be borne by you.
10-Like every prudent individual, we particularly recommend that you take out Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international trips before participating.
