DAY 1 ANKARA- SHARM EL SHEIKH (All-Inclusive Stay)

09:25 AM Arrival. After necessary procedures, transfer to the hotel. Your hotel stay is All-Inclusive according to the concept defined by the hotel. Your day is free. After breakfast, guests who wish can join an extra tour organized by our guide: SeaScope/Half-Submarine Tour. Afterwards, guests who wish can also join the Evening Dinner Desert Sunset ATV/BUGGY and Bedouin Night Double Tour. Subsequently, transfer back to our hotel.
DAY 2 SHARM EL SHEIKH - CAIRO (Breakfast)
Early in the morning, we check out of our rooms, take our breakfast boxes, and then transfer to Cairo via our private bus. (Approximately 500 km) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles no older than 5 years and double drivers on long routes. Onboard, we provide various snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, guests who wish can join our Old Cairo, Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Khan el Khalili, Evening Dinner and Show Cruise on the Nile Double Tour. After the tour ends, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms.
DAY 3 CAIRO (Breakfast)
Breakfast and accommodation at our hotel. Your day is free. Guests who wish can join an extra tour organized by our guide: Full-Day Lunch Included Pyramids, Valley of Kings, Sphinx, Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and Pyramid View Dinner Double Tour.
DAY 4 CAIRO - SHARM EL SHEIKH (Breakfast + All-Inclusive Stay)
Breakfast at our hotel. After checking out, transfer to Sharm. (Approximately 500 km.) (Info: We ensure safe travel with vehicles no older than 5 years and double drivers on long routes. DAY 5 SHARM EL SHEIKH (All-Inclusive Stay)
Your hotel stay is All-Inclusive according to the concept defined by the hotel. Your day is free. Guests who wish can join an extra tour organized by our guide: Full-Day Lunch Included Ras Mohamed Boat Trip, City Tour + Soho Square Tour. (If you wish, you can rent snorkeling equipment for an additional fee of 10 USD on the boat, or experience scuba diving for 25 USD.) After the tour ends, transfer back to our hotel.
DAY 6 SHARM EL SHEIKH – ANKARA
After breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide,

11:30 PM Arrival. We hope to see you on another trip.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices of extra tours are valid on the day the advertisement is published. Prior to your tour, cost differences that may arise due to supplier price increases, exchange rates, tax changes, entrance fee hikes, etc., will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a case; new prices on the final program sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour departure date will be valid.
1- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic tickets you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited only to domestic tickets issued by us.
2- Our guide and company may make changes in the tour program flow while keeping the content the same.
3- Cancellation and refund of individually or collectively purchased additional services in Egypt are not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the additional services. To protect against mishaps, we recommend purchasing a guarantee package insurance policy from your agency. Since reservations have been made and paid to service providers, our company has no other action to take in this situation. List prices apply for individual purchases.
4- Depending on the number of people in the vehicle:
* For groups of 16 and above, a bus is used,
* For groups between 9 and 15, a minibus is used
* For groups of 8 and below, a microbus is used.
5- The tour, bus, and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided the content remains the same.

The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend purchasing extra tours from us to make this trip even more unique and to ensure it is done safely. Please remember that most Turkish and Egyptian individuals contacting you via social media or approaching you in Egypt operate without a tourism license and disregard your life and property safety in order to offer lower prices. Unmaintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single exhausted and sleep-deprived driver, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that has not been produced in hygienic environments or is even spoiled can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company, with its own offices in Egypt, its dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of sector experience, carries out all extra tours as well as the entire trip by prioritizing your life and property safety. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend buying them from at least an institutional company that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you wish, you can buy them collectively for a more "budget-friendly" option.
Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
-When purchasing our tour package, you can pay by credit card through your travel agency. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at individual list prices or at collective purchase campaign prices, as you prefer.)

Guests who purchase all extra tour packages are offered a 10% discount on the total package price.
GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:
1-To ensure tours are conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not met:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-Tours may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are processed. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-In case of a health issue verified by a doctor's report for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who does not appear at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour at another location using their own means. If they choose not to do so or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-During the tour, our authorized staff will provide necessary information regarding the departure time during free time periods and rest stops. In case the guest is late, it is within the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or to continue. In other cases, the guest may proceed to the next point using their own means or return to the hotel using their own means. In such situations, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the competent authorities in Egypt. In case of incomplete and/or defective services in our tours and activities; since the process you spend in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, any such problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refunds are made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price, and the net amount paid is refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we request that you consult our authorized staff to learn about the tour conditions and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc., carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, definitely obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we request that you strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, adhere precisely to the precautions indicated to you, and wear the safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance lies with our guest. Our company is not liable for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their attire.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, bags, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs due to health reasons, etc. You should be aware that in such special cases, we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We particularly advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and on our tours, not to eat fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical treatment. However, the relevant expenses will be borne by you.
10-Like every prudent individual, we particularly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international travels before joining.
