NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Miago Travel.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Miago Travel 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by Miago Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid for only one child staying with 2 adults, matching the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide commentary, and not including museum or historical site entries. Miago Travel is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be completed on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Miago Travel we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Miago Travel is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Miago Travel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Sabiha Gökçen – Belgrade
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure for Belgrade at ** with AJET Airlines’ scheduled flight VF **. Arrival at local time **. After our arrival, we will leave the airport and take a city tour. During our Belgrade city tour, one of Europe’s oldest cities, known as the White City, we will see Belgrade Fortress, one of the Ottoman navy’s supply centers, located at the point where the Sava River joins the Danube, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded in an attempt to conquer it, but whose conquest was achieved by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent; Kalemegdan Park, Tašmajdan, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the conqueror of Morea, and the Bajrakli Mosque. Afterwards, free time. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Tito–Tesla tour. During this tour, we will visit the museum-mausoleum of Yugoslavia’s legendary president, Josip Broz Tito. We will then visit the museum of Serbian-born inventor Nikola Tesla and have the chance to examine his inventions. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Serbian Night with Dinner Tour, optionally organized by our guide. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Belgrade
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join our Novi Sad- Sremski Karlovci & Indjija Outlet tour, which our guide will organize as an optional excursion. We set off in our private vehicle to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed in 1699 between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary, Venice, and Poland, following negotiations that lasted 72 days. During our visit, we will see the four-door venue where the treaty was signed, as well as the square, the Four Lions Fountain, and historic Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we continue our journey, and along the way we will see the Belgrade Gate, Clock Tower, Upper Town, Long Barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. We then arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. It is the most economically developed region of Serbia, and its capital is Novi Sad. Following our arrival, we begin our tour. During the walking tour we will take here, the places to be seen panoramically include Freedom Square, the National Theatre, Dunavska Street and the riverfront, the Svetozar Miletić Monument, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint George, the Church of Saint Nicholas, and the Synagogue. After free time, we transfer to our hotel at the end of the tour. On the way back, we stop at Indjija Outlet and allow free time. Afterwards, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
