- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Miago Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Turkish Republic, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment lies with the guests.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Miago Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Miago Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Miago Travel has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Miago Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Miago Travel Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of signing the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Miago Travel, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Miago Travel's control, the parties acknowledge that Miago Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Individuals must follow this information. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause, if necessary). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
