- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Miago Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Miago Travel has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Miago Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Miago Travel has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Miago Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Miago Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting circumstance that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Miago Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Miago Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiration date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Whether or not obtained from Miago Travel, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Miago Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Miago Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Miago Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. - Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket when availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, whether temporarily or completely, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
