- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Miago Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the guests’ responsibility.
- Miago Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Miago Travel bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Miago Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Miago Travel has no liability or obligation in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Miago Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Miago Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Miago Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Miago Travel Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and Miago Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a room will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.

- Whether obtained from Miago Travel or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Miago Travel’ control, the parties acknowledge that Miago Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.

If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this situation is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
