After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Tangier at 01:15 by Air Arabia Airlines 3O529 flight. Arrival in Tangier at 04:00. After passport, luggage, and customs procedures, we are greeted by our private bus at the Tangier airport and we head towards Chefchaouen. After having breakfast at the Parador hotel, we have 1 hour of free time and then we depart for Fez. Transfer to our hotel in Fez and free time, guests wishing may join our FEZ tour (30€). FEZ Extra Tour: We explore the Fes Medina on foot, visiting the shrine of Molla Idris, Kairouan Mosque, which served as a university until the 1950s, a classic Fes madrasah (any one along our route, as historically, 14 madrasahs played a significant role in the Islamization of North and West Africa), the famous tannery and copper workshops. After that, we will visit one of the most beautiful gates of the Kingdom of Morocco, the Fes Royal Palace Gate, and the Mellah (Jewish quarter). Known as Morocco's Little Switzerland, Ifrane is a ski resort with attention-grabbing Swiss-style architecture. After free time here, we will have our lunch break at a local restaurant in Midelt, which is on our way. Afterwards, we will stay at our hotel in Erfoud in the Sahara Desert. Guests wishing may join the optional Sahara Desert JEEP + CAMEL sunset or sunrise tour (80€). We'll move to Merzouga, 45 km away, with the jeeps waiting for us at the hotel. At the end of this small desert safari, we will meet the camels. Cezayir is just 30 km away. Our camel journey will end on top of one of the most beautiful and high sand dunes of the Sahara desert, where we will all wait for sunset. Once darkness falls, we will return to the hotel. Our day will be a story of the road. On one side, there will be desert and on the other, the Atlas Mountains. Water canals, Todra valley, and M'gouna (rose city) will be on our route to the hotel where we will arrive. Guests wishing may join our ATLAS FILM STUDIOS tour (25€). We will visit Ait Ben Haddou, used as a set for the popular TV phenomenon Game of Thrones. It also hosted the sets for many Hollywood movies such as Gladiator, Alexander, and Babel. Afterwards, we will visit the ATLAS FILM STUDIOS in Ouarzazate, which has hosted several Hollywood films and many stars like Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Martin Scorsese. In such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants booking triple rooms for the third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the applicable age group. - Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where vehicles are not permitted, depending on available facilities. - Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Miago Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by the local Miago Travel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference.
